About Casa San José

The Cloister

Protected as Architectural heritage of the City of Buenos Aires, a neighbourhood landmark since its construction in 1945.

The neoclassical building named Casa San Jose in Villa Crespo, on the edge of Palermo Soho, was in its time home to over 100 nuns. Today it has been carefully recycled maintaining its central courtyard and original facades, but fully renovating all its systems and installations to offer the highest standard of quality and comfort for our guests.

Different activities gather round the cloister. On the lower floor offices, design showrooms, specialty stores. On the upper floor the studios and suites are accessed from the corridor which opens onto the courtyard. In the entrance alley along the side, coming soon, a café-bar for open air eating..
